  Prepaid SIM cards are the cheapest option for tourists who are planing on using mobile internet and telephone as roaming is expensive (from 10-15€ / 2 weeks).

  M:tel offers the best price but worst network coverage. Telenor has the best coverage.

  Cards can be bought at the airport or the Delta City Shopping Mall and many other places in Podgorica / Montenegro. The passport needs to be shown upon purchasing.
